VISTASOLAR EVA encapsulants are designed to improve module durability (lower UV transmitting) and increase energy absorption (lower UV blocking).
521 Series
VISTASOLAR 521 Series is an ultra-fast cure EVA encapsulant for the PV modules with PID resistance properties. The series consists of VISTASOLAR 521.78 and 521.68 which are used for UV transmitting (front side) and UV blocking (back side) of the modules respectively.
VISTASOLAR 521 Series offers an excellent PID-resistance property that can withstand the PID testing under conditions of 85°C, RH 85%, -1000Vdc according to IEC Standard.
523.90 White Series
VISTASOLAR 523.90 Series is a white EVA encapsulant specifically developed as the rear side encapsulation of conventional PV modules and double-glass PV modules. Its high reflection of light offers better power output of the PV modules.
In addition, VISTASOLAR 523.90 also offers an anti-overflow property of white color after lamination.
EPE Series
Vistasolar EPE Series is a multi-layer polymeric material, specially engineered for PV modules with N-type cells. The material shows excellent moisture resistance and extremely high anti-PID property.
