Official Announcement: Official Statement on Manufacturing Independence and Authorized Distributor List

ANNOUNCEMENT
1 June 2026

TPI All Seasons Company Limited (“TPI”), manufacturer of VISTASAFE™ EVA film for laminated glass, categorically denies circulating misinformation claiming that it supplies EVA film to third party safety glass lamination film producers , or that its proprietary specialty EVA resin is made available as a base material to any outside film manufacturer. No OEM manufacturing arrangements of any kind exist between VISTASAFE™ and any other EVA film brand.

TPI independently develops and produces its own specialty resin, used exclusively in its own safety glass lamination film , trademarked as VISTASAFE™. This end to end vertical integration, from raw resin to finished film, ensures uncompromised quality and full proprietary control over every stage of production.

Our parent company, TPI Polene Public Company Limited , is publicly listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and employs over 10,000 people worldwide. VISTASAFE™ is a trusted quality brand distributed exclusively through the following authorized dealers:
